The Naked Oyster goes one step farther in its focus on fresh and local: The restaurant has its own oyster beds in the harbor. Located on Main Street in Hyannis, this bistro and raw bar is a blend of dark and light with a long mahogany bar and creamy leather-padded wood stools that match the chairs at the dark wood-grain tables. Light streams through the large windows and from the seashell-style, locally made pendant lamps over the bar. Seafood, shellfish, produce, dairy, and more come from local fishermen and farmers for the seasonal menus, while Nantucket Brewery supplies the beer.
